FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For large items such as couches, dressers, etc. I will need to bring a second set of hands. If you're willing to lend a hand on larger items, I can keep the price point down.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked in the construction industry for a few years and realized how unreliable disposal companies can be. Dumpsters wouldn't show up and then the remnants of a kitchen remodel would be sitting in a customers garage. I also helped family and friends frequently with removing furniture, sheds, etc. I saw a HUGE need for junk removal services in our area, which is the number one destination for people of retirement age who don't want to do labor intensive tasks or aren't able to themselves. I decided to take the jump and work for myself full time. It was the best decision I ever made. I love what I do.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with realtors, contractors, land clearing, house flippers and more.
