- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Debris removal can very easily be quoted at a fixed price. Water damage needs to be inspected and measured, and we perform estimates for free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is the same for new or repeat customers. We listem to our customers needs, we answer any and all questions and we make recommendations with complete and understandable explanations for those recommendations based on the project needs and/or requirements, and finally we exceed expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC Certification for Water Mitigation, and Mold Remediation. Currently working on Texas Mold Testing Requirements.
