Chef Georgio was amazing. The food was delicious! All the ingredients he used were top quality and fresh 👌. He made dinner for my dad's 60th birthday and he was beyond happy. Chef was super nice and easy to work with.

Having Giorgio cater my wedding dinner for 10 was one of our favorite parts of celebrating! He arrived right on time with a car full of everything he could possibly need! Once he arrived dinner was completely in his hands so I was free to enjoy my evening. The food was delicious and everyone really enjoyed getting to see Giorgio making fresh pasta in the kitchen. The initial scheduling and menu selection was also a very easy process. We had a call to discuss what I had in mind then Giorgio sent over a few menu options for us to choose from. From there Giorgio took care of EVERYTHING!! Having one less thing to worry about was truly a gift ♥️

Giorgio was just amazing! He was very professional, on time, and was happy to answer any questions we had about him or his expertise in cooking. He taught my family how to make homemade pasta, to go with our lobster pata, they had so much fun! He made us laugh as he cooked. He cooked us a 3 course meal and even cleaned the whole kitchen. He washed all his dishes and pans and wiped down ALL the counter tops. He was very organized and he finished each meal around the times that he discussed with us. Giorgio was very warm and welcoming. My family talked about him and his professionalism even days after our hosted event. I HIGHLY recommend Giorgio and we will definitely request his services again in the future. Thanks again Giorgio!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price varies depending on the size of the party and the kind of food that will be on the menu. Also there are different packages that customers can pick with different prices. Example : A dinner for 2 people start from $650 which will includes groceries, commute, doing groceries, cooking and cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always prefer to get the informations about the party over the phone. I also have a website which is very helpful. My menu contains pictures and descriptions so it makes it easy for my customers to choose their menu. As we finalize everything there's a deposit to book the day that can be made via Venmo or credit card
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been cooking all my life. Covid wiped out my dream to open an Italian wine bar so I decided to work part time as Personal chef. In two months, thanks to the good feedbacks from my customers I was able to fill my calendar with events and focus in what I love the most, representing Italian cuisine and hospitality in WA.
