We are currently boarding only small dogs under 20 lb. About us: Where Pets are Family is an In-Home / Cage Free Dog Boarding Place. We have Boarding Insurance and we are accepting Friendly, Social dogs with a good temperament that get along with other dogs. All dogs must be up to date with all State Required vaccinations along with flea/tick prevention. We always have a Free/No Obligation Meet & Greet to make sure we are a good fit for your dog(s). We have a large fenced in yard and Dog Boarding is our full time Job so we are home all day to play and supervise the dogs. She was great. I would highly recommend her. She went over and above Taking care of my 2 dogs and 3 birds. She sent pictures every day she even washed my dogs beds .Wonderful place to board your dogs !

We found Ana to be very knowledgeable about ensuring the safety and care not only of our dog, but of all of the pets in her care. At the meet and greet, Marley took an immediate liking to Ana and after 4 days in her care, came home happy, showing no signs of stress. We definitely recommend Where Pets are Family to anyone needing overnight boarding or daycare for their dog!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are currently taking only friendly, social dogs under 25lb. or low energy senior larger dogs. Non Holiday Rate: $25/night, discounts for stays longer than 5 nights
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always have a meet & greet to make sure we are a good fit for your dog. The main requirement would be for the dog to be friendly and get along with people and other dogs. We don't put the dogs in cages, they have free roam of the house so they need to get along with me, my husband and my dog Lex. Lex is 40lb mix breed neutered male. He grew up with a Shih Tzu and he believes is a small dog. Due to Insurance Requirements I cannot except any Pit Bulls, Rottweilers or Pit Bull Mixes unless they are under 4 months old. Thank you!
