Goals
Introduction
I've been in the fitness industry since 1998 and became a certified Pilates instructor in 2001. I'm originally from Illinois and ran a successful Park District Pilates program. Then, in order to better serve the needs of my clients, I opened my own studio in 2006. In the years since, I have taken numerous classes and certifications. I added a TriggerPoint Therapist certification along with energy healing modalities. I've now moved to Port Charlotte FL and am looking to connect with those looking to experience all Pilates has to offer. Combining all of my knowledge and years of experience helps others to achieve their health & wellness goals.
