What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything we do is based upon a minimum retainer. For Criminal cases, that starts at $1000 and may go as high as $7500 depending upon the severity of the crimes and possible long-term imprisonment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Explain our services. 2. Listen to the client's concerns and objectives. 3. Plan out the strategy to succeed. 4. Run a full desktop investigation first to get all the pre-case data together. 5. Implement an investigative action plan. 6. Provide updates and the final report to the client and/or her attorney.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice Bachelor's Degree in Public Management Training Classes: Burglaries, DUIs, Interviews, Testifying in Court, Narcotics, and Cultural Diversity (to name a few).
