- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a great flexibility if it comes to price our service. Customers can get a different type of payment, specific time line, and a group discount available for the portfolio owners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We visit the property of interest to discuss a maximum profit the landlord can get from the property in a current market condition. Also we are weighing on improvements to the property to attract more prospective tenants. If the customer agrees on our terms we sign a 1 year Property Management Service Contract, and start to work with the property immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a University Degree in Engineering, Florida Real Estate Licensee, and our company KOVI Investments LLC is registered with State of Florida and DBPR as an active Real Estate Brokerage.
