- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
As a seller has representation (the listing agent) the buyer should have his own seperate representation. Ask the agent which party he/she represents. If the answer is the seller, the transaction or both it might be a good idea to seek out a buyer agent.
