More often than not, reviews of someone's performance sound the same. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical client experience begins with either a phone call, email, text or one on one meeting where introductions are made and I ask the client a few questions about what services they are looking for, when they need them and pricing is discussed. We schedule an appointment to complete the services and discuss any other details necessary to ensure the clients expectations are met and exceeded.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified drone pilot with the FAA. I have an artist background having graduated from the American Academy of Art in Chicago as well as completion of a Masters degree from the University of Denver. I have founded 2 Digital Media companies over recent years and currently run and operate SkyScape Pix.
