- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the level of service requested and whether pool is covered (Lanai) or strictly and outdoor pool. Discounts are available for customer recommendations to other potential clients that go under contract for pool services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact and communication are established. From there we will schedule a mutual acceptable date and time to come and give an estimate. Once an estimate is accepted we will schedule when you would like to start service.
