FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try and set our fees around 1/2 of what our national competitors rates. They average around $285-$375, and we average around $165-$195. We don't have the large annual overhead expenses so we can pass the savings to our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer would set up an appointment to go over their taxes. We sit in the privacy of my office, and we figure out what their taxes are going to be. Then, at a later time I go over their taxes again to minimize the potential of any errors. I'll contact the client when the taxes are processed and completed. The client can then pay for my services when they pick up their tax packet anytime at their convenience Monday-Friday 9:30-4. I can also mail out their tax packet if they wish. We can also do your taxes remotely. We would send you a link to our secured encrypted portal to upload your information, and answer some questions. We would then call you with additional question. Once completed we will mail you out the hard copy with our required signatures, and we will efile for you. Simple, convenient, and easy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
