We started looking for a company to clean our sectional sofa and large wool area rug. We started with the company with the yellow trucks and received an estimate of just over $400 for the sectional alone.Deciding to check other options we came across Seriously Clean Floors which is a local company. After reaching out to them we settled for a date/time for an estimate. Mike came to our house and after determining the items/fabrics involved gave us an estimate that was $100 less for both items, we then scheduled a service appointment.Appointment day-Mike arrived on time and began setting up his equipment, he was very careful to avoid tracking outside dirt inside [wore booties] and placed bumpers at all locations where the hoses may contact door jams and/or other parts of the house. Mike was very detailed orientated taking his time to clean the sectional and all of the cushions therein. Watching him clean the wool area rug I could see the difference in cleanliness as the job progressed.We would highly recommend Seriously Clean Floors over the nation chains based on price and results, we will be using them soon to clean our ceramic tile floors/grout.

I have known Mike Hill for a long time. He owned and operated Serious Pest Control in Upstate New York. He serviced my lake house for a number of years. I found Mike to be honest, punctual and professional. He has a wonderful work ethic and helped me with numerous issues around my home. He is now residing in Port Charlotte, Florida. He has a new business there focusing on professional carpet, tile and grout cleaning. Im sure Mike will do a good job with his cleaning business. This business may be "New" to you but it has a whole bunch going for it. From Mikes prompt service and good communication before the arrival, to a smooth and faultless performance. Our floors had not been cleaned professionally for a long time. Mike showed up on time and did a wonderful job of each step. The grout lines were very discolored and looked black. After they were gray as they should be! All in all a wonderful job and a great price!! Thanks Mike and crew for a job extra well done.
