I was looking for a company to remove the mold from my home in several areas. The company came and completed a walkthrough, educated me, and worked with my budget. Most importantly, I appreciated the suggestion they made to have a licensed assessor test my home before and after the cleanup to verify they did their job as hired. My home was delivered far above my expectations and made ready for the rebuild phase. I will use them again and refer them to my family & friends.

My kitchen sink had a link for a while before we noticed it. I contacted Rapid Xtractors and explained the issue we were having. They scheduled our appointment and was flexible due to our work schedule. Once the project started they took us through every step and sent us a link to pictures and videos of the entire remediation. What I like the most is the professionalism displayed by everyone on my project and how there was no delay in answering any questions I had. They took the stress off my back and they're work was very professional & clean.

We will do our absolute best to work with your budget within reason without sacrificing the integrity of the work performed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After being contacted by phone I like to conduct an on-site inspection of the property in person or by video chat to discuss the issues/damages s/he is experiencing within the property .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed Mold Remediator & Assessor and I’m IICRC Certified as a Water Restoration Tech (WRT). Also, my firm is IICRC Certified as well.
