FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe you should understand what you’re paying for before work begins. We explain any service-call or diagnostic fee before scheduling, then provide pricing based on the work, materials, equipment and access your project requires. For larger installations, repiping and renovation projects, we provide a quote outlining the scope and any deposit or payment milestones. Customer-supplied fixtures are reviewed for compatibility and installation requirements. Ordinary residential service is paid upon completion. Any agreed discounts or credits are clearly documented, and additional work requires your approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening. Tell us what’s happening, where the property is located and when you need help. Photos are useful, but you don’t need to diagnose the problem yourself. Hunter reviews your request, clarifies the details and confirms the appropriate next step—an onsite assessment or a quote for work we can clearly define. Before work begins, we explain the scope and price. We complete the approved work, check its operation, clean up the work area and walk you through the results. Appointment times are confirmed directly with our team.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team’s hands-on experience spans residential repairs, water-heater replacement, repiping, bathroom and kitchen plumbing, commercial service and new construction. SPS operates under Florida Certified Plumbing Contractor license CFC1432855. Our approach emphasizes understanding the problem, following applicable installation and manufacturer requirements, and checking the completed work. That range of experience helps us consider how an individual repair or upgrade fits into the property’s larger plumbing system.
