Gordon was reliable, arriving early each day. He replaced two front doors as well as replacing exterior wood panel siding --excellent workmanship. I found him to be fair in price and flexible as the needs of the job changed; he dealt effectively with the usual wood rot and brought my duplex back to looking well managed. I was very happy with his work and would hire him again.

An appointment was made for a firm quote and when Gordon didn't show up I called and asked him if he was coming. He said he had completely forgotten about the appointment and wouldn't be there. No further discussion was needed.
