- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are the industry average. If I travel over 15 miles one way (and I do) I have to charge for the extra mileage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Mention the new customer discount I offer and do as much as possible to make beautiful music radiate from their piano.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Eight years as an apprentice for a Registered piano technician. Tuning and maintaining for residential customers, musicians, teachers,the Peabody Auditorium Daytona Beach, Atlantic Center ofr the Arts NSB . I joined the Piano Technicians Guild and attend their conventions and workshops which I do presently.Before working independently I tuned at least one thousand upright and grandpianos . I took piano lessons, attended music college while free lancing as a keyboard musician. I also have education and training in electronics and computers. can service electronic musical instruments.
