- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually, I start with $50 flat-rate for software only problems and satisfaction is guaranteed. If a hardware problem is discovered, I would advise of a new flat rate before continuing work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss the problem with the customer and determine what needs to be done. Then, I give a recommendation and offer a satisfaction-guaranteed flat rate solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the computer-repair business for over 40 years, so I've seen quite a wide range of problems to which I can offer solutions for Windows, Macs, Android, and Linux.
