Moody was a great help with my '51 house with all of the jerryrigging the previous owners. They enclosed a screened in porch, put a water heater, washer and toilet in this space. This caused structural issues across half of the house as there were two different foundation depths.. Moody was very professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth explaining the necessary repairs needed. He knew the right company for the job of stabilizing the foundations. He was my contractor throughout the endeavor and remedied the jerryrigged foundation issue quickly. I plan on utilizing Moody again to repair more of "Uncle Jerry's work" in the future.
