Chris was punctual for both appointments I had scheduled with him. He is professional and very thorough. He even offered to assist me with an issue I was having that I didn’t include in my original request. Thank you very much . I appreciate it. FYI. I have lost your contact email and ph. due to the fact I lost my Iphone Sunday--so all customer emails and ph #'s are gone--argggh. Ph. has been replaced. Ph # and email remain the same. 203-243-1189 sherwoodhandyman@gmail.com PS. there is absolutely nothing wrong "code wise" with that bathroom, and I did personally take apart the trap and bristle brush clean it myself and put it back together, so I'm not sure how female tenant stated she watched a "plumber" do it. And when I got there-there was absolutely no smell at all. I feel bad about this because I want people to trust in what I do. Anyway--just thought you should know. Thanks again

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Having been in the Contracting business over 30 years--- Its nearly impossible to give an accurate quote without seeing the job and until you open a wall, you never really know the problem to accurately diagnose and fix it. I have a minimum charge of $110. Labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Educate them as to how and why we're doing the work. This makes for a smoother job when the customer understands whats happening and why. Pictures are taken and can be texted to customer so they understand what is going on to get the job done correctly. We've been at it over 30 years.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OSHA Classes R.C.I.A. Cert. Roof Cleaners Institute. PWNA. Pressure Washers Natl Assoc. Racenstein Classes. Member. BBB A+ rating.
