- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Having been in the Contracting business over 30 years--- Its nearly impossible to give an accurate quote without seeing the job and until you open a wall, you never really know the problem to accurately diagnose and fix it. I have a minimum charge of $110. Labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Educate them as to how and why we're doing the work. This makes for a smoother job when the customer understands whats happening and why. Pictures are taken and can be texted to customer so they understand what is going on to get the job done correctly. We've been at it over 30 years.
