• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
  My educational experience with computers continues as an ongoing process as I experience each new operating system development first hand working with it everyday.
• How did you get started doing this type of work?
  I've always loved electronics and technological gadgets of all kinds. I enjoy being involved to make computers perform saving time and busy work.
• What types of customers have you worked with?
  Software cleanups are the most common tasks and provide more benefit than most know until they experience the improved performance after cleanup. Virus removals are the second most significant issues encountered today and these often require cloning the hard drive and building a new operating system from scratch or from the protected recovery partition. After that's done I remove all of the extraneous software and clean the machine of advertizing settings (including De-Bing-ing). Finally I copy the data back into appropriate sub-directories, usually making it easier to find in the process.
