Matt visited our home and after looking at our current A/C & Heating System, recommended a new system to replace the 30yr. old system. Matt explained in detail, what the new system 'sizing' requirements would be, as well as answered ALL questions asked by myself and my wife! In just days, he had the old system removed and the new system installed! He worked long hours to make sure the transition from the old system to the new system was done correctly and in the quickest timeframe. When all was installed and ready to test, Matt explained the entire operation of the system, again answering all questions. For a major appliance purpose, my wife & I felt very much at ease that the work would be preformed by Matt in an extremely professional manner! About a year after installation, Matt returned to our home and checked out the operation of all systems. This is great Customer Service! Matt is extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant and easy going, always explaining every option! We are extremely pleased by his and his company's performance and would absolutely recommend him!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is simple I usually just flat rate certain things it saves time and money for both us and the customer all services calls are waived with any repair over $100 otherwise we charge 49.95 and that includes a preventive maintenance
