We hired this company to fix the shoddy work and damage done by another contractor. They were able to identify what needed to be done, address some other issues that were discovered, and performed the work quickly and at a fair price. What most impressed me was the knowledge of HVAC and construction; they took pictures and explained their recommendations carefully and thoroughly. Our system now runs the way it is supposed to, quietly, and efficiently. More importantly, we have piece of mind that the job was done correctly.

I received the same day service. Two man team who were courteous, knowledgeable and most informative. I had two AC's serviced and they are working great. I will stick with this team.

Gave a great price for a one year maintenance contract. He also has a great attitude about doing what is needed to get the job done without the often times up-sell. He is also a fellow NY'er so we kind of speak the same language.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is simple I usually just flat rate certain things it saves time and money for both us and the customer all services calls are waived with any repair over $100 otherwise we charge 49.95 and that includes a preventive maintenance

3rd generation I guess it runs in my blood but I love doing what I do
