From start to finish, Vicente Industries was excellent. Vicente was knowledgeable, straightforward, and never tried to upsell me. He took the time to understand the issues with my home, explained my options clearly, and gave me a very fair price for new ductwork, insulation, and a complete HVAC system.
The installation was clean, professional, and done right. Communication was great, everything promised was completed, and they left the property clean when finished. It’s refreshing to work with a contractor who takes pride in his work and treats the customer fairly. Highly recommend. 5 stars.

I contacted this company on Sunday and spoke with Vincent regarding heater issues, which was especially concerning given that temperatures were in the mid-20s. Vincent was pleasant and assured me a technician would arrive first thing on Tuesday, February 3rd, so I rearranged my schedule to be available.
When no one arrived, I was asked to push the appointment to 4:30 PM, which I accommodated. I was then contacted again and told it would need to be rescheduled for the following morning, only to later receive a text scheduling the appointment for 3–4 PM the next day.
Due to the repeated changes and inconsistent communication, I felt my issue was not a priority. I ultimately went with another company that resolved the issue the same day, and much of my time was wasted waiting around.
