Friendly, excellent, and prompt service. Clean, organized store location. Professional communication that offered me many cogent tips. Based on my experience with my computer I felt their FREE diagnosis was accurate. I decided to buy a new computer since mine was old and probably not worth fixing since it needed a new hard drive. This was my back up travel computer so there was no essential data recovery necessary, but I am confident they would do a good job at this too.

I took in some Apple products; really old stuff; the desktop hard drive was fried; the Ipad just too old to support what I wanted on it, the laptop's battery was about to blow up!!! I also took 3 full sized keyboards that each had an issue. They said they checked them frequently and they all worked, but got them home, and they did the same thing; key sticking, ghost typing the - sign in every blank space, etc. So bought a new one. The people were nice and informative and didn't take long at all to diagnose the problems with each item. Would go there again. They didn't charge me for anything.
