Friendly, excellent, and prompt service. Clean, organized store location. Professional communication that offered me many cogent tips. Based on my experience with my computer I felt their FREE diagnosis was accurate. I decided to buy a new computer since mine was old and probably not worth fixing since it needed a new hard drive. This was my back up travel computer so there was no essential data recovery necessary, but I am confident they would do a good job at this too.

Had a call from someone saying he was with a repair company and they needed to get into my computer.After letting them in and later finding out they where scamming me they locked me out of my computer. So I brought it to ams to get a quote on repair.

A-M-S-Computers is honest, and if they can talk you through a problem on the telephone they will do it without charging you.
