I believe that a potential homeowner should know what repairs to expect when purchasing their new home. This is why a thorough inspection is so important and necessary. Roberto replied to my inquiry very quickly, was able to come out on a Sunday and complete the inspection. He also gave me pointers about small things that needed to be addressed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on several factors. Some of which include size of home, location, age of home, and the type of inspection.Please call for further details. We also offer senior discounts, veterans discounts and first responder discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact has been made and we agree on services needed, we will schedule your inspection. In the meantime, we will provide you with a contract and an invoice for services requested. Upon completion of your inspection, the report will be emailed the following business day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My related experience in the inspection indusrty includes, 20 plus years of on hands construction experience, 9 years as a licensed Florida Property Adjuster, working and estimating damages due to storms.
