She is scheduled to begin next week. Will let you know more after that. Well, she was here....and I will NEVER have her again. She left everything half cleaned, broke a treasured angel figurine, nothing put back in place, nothing really clean. Terrible! Worst I have ever seen!!

I am so sorry to hear that you were not satisfied Betty. When I left your home I sincerely did not think that you had any complaints or additional requests. Also, had I broken anything in your home I would have definitely informed you right then especially given the statement that you told me about your last cleaning service breaking the hand off of your figurine on your dresser chest. I was nervous to touch any of them and was especially careful when dusting. I did try to please you by changing the sheets, cleaning the chandelier and the storm door, as well as the other standard cleaning. If you were unhappy with any service I had hoped that you would have let me know so that I could have corrected it. It was very nice to meet you and I wish you luck with your future cleaning service endeavors.

Marcia did an overall phenomenal job. Moving in to a newly renovated home filled with construction dust, and I wasn't up for the task of cleaning it myself. She went above and beyond and I would definitely hire her again.
