Arrived on time, flexible with scheduling, very detail oriented and friendly. Worked from 6-11pm. Although, I specifically requested a refrigerator and oven cleaning when obtaining my quote, these areas (and a few others) went untouched. Very reasonable cost for the service provided. I never got my receipt in email.

I like to keep affordable prices catered to the needs of my clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer and as I call it a cleaning interview. Meet the customer and familiarize myself with the details of the house and what I need to bring to clean the house.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have an associates degree but that's in psychology. I do have 22 years worth of experience at home.
