I like to meet the customer and as I call it a cleaning interview. Meet the customer and familiarize myself with the details of the house and what I need to bring to clean the house.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have an associates degree but that's in psychology. I do have 22 years worth of experience at home.
