I reached out to Brian with a request to install a dishwasher into a kitchen counter that's never had one before. He came out within a day or two to scope out the work, pointed out some other upgrades I could make at the same time (garbage disposal, code-compliant outlet spacing in the kitchen -- I only had one outlet in the whole kitchen, additional outlets around the house in key areas, etc.), and quoted me a very competitive price for everything. The work was scheduled and completed by Scott and his fantastic team today and everything is working flawlessly. Thanks Scott and Brian, I'll absolutely be using you guys for every project in my new home! Nothing feels like a sales pitch or an upsell, it's just real people helping real people and we need more of that in the world.

Brian painted our master bedroom and master bath. He also repaired a damaged ceiling and added trim around windows and doors. He was very professional and polite. He was prompt and finished the work in the time frame promised. He did excellent work and was very neat, using plenty of drop clothes in the work areas. He moved several pieces of furniture for us. This was a very good experience and I highly recommend Brian.

Our home was completely flooded August 30th 2023. Everything inside was destroyed. I called Home Love Construction and I'm so glad that I got Brian as my GC. He and Dan have worked so hard for us. It's like a brand new house now. He helped me to pick out the fixtures, cabinet choices, flooring that he recommended and I really like. I have a larger shower in the master bathroom now and a double vanity! With a better closet that's larger as well. It took some of the space from the laundry room but it wasn't needed. My husband is very happy with all of the choices as well. The house is expanded which we had already planned. I'm very happy and would recommend them to anybody who needs work done. I called several contractors and home love construction was the best bid and they did a great job! (They even fixed my son's bedroom and poured a slab. It had been built on by another contractor and apparently wasn't permitted or done by a licensed contractor). Now I feel better knowing that everything has been done correctly.

Brian and the Home Love North team did an amazing job with our remodel. They were given the task of turning a converted garage into a master bedroom and couldnt have done better. They navigated the challenges of turning a not-very-large space into a bedroom and closet that are not only usable, they dont feel cramped either. The team worked quickly, finishing faster than projected and the best part, they stayed within the budget outline provided at the beginning. Whether you have experience with large projects or not, I could not recommend them enough; I will absolutely be utilizing their services again in the future.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I'm very fond of all of the projects we take on, but anytime we have a flood or fire rebuild we really get to help even more and since we are Florida locals those hit home for us a little more.
