Had water damage in garage from a busted pipe. Within 2 hours Reinaldo was there with fans and a dehumidifier. He checked the moisture and let me know what steps were next. Hope to never need them again but if I have water damage they will be my first call.

After the mold assessment, I only received a lab report, which I cannot understand, but never received the assessment report. However, without the mold assessment report, I cannot find a mold treatment company for the treatment. Also, after I submitted the payment, it's very difficult to get a chance to talk with this company for my questions about the lab results and the quote for the repairs.
