My pricing is transparent and reflects the quality and care I put into every service. I occasionally offer seasonal promotions, which are always shared through my social media or booking platform. There are no hidden fees—what you see is what you pay. If a service requires a deposit or has a cancellation policy, that information is clearly communicated when booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer begins with a warm welcome and a brief consultation. I take time to understand their skin type, concerns, and goals to ensure I recommend the most suitable treatments. From there, I explain the steps of the service, answer any questions, and make sure they feel comfortable and informed. After the treatment, I provide personalized aftercare tips and suggest follow-up options if needed. My goal is always to create a relaxing experience and build trust from the very first visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience in the hair removal industry and am fully certified in the state of Florida. I’m also certified in brow lamination, lash lift, nano needling, facial treatments, bio microneedling, and facial reflexology. I work exclusively with high-quality Korean skincare products, known for their innovation and effectiveness. I’m passionate about offering personalized, results-driven care and stay continuously trained in advanced techniques to ensure the best experience for my clients.
