We just built a 3800 square foot home in Palm City. St Lucie Roofing was our chosen contractor after careful evaluation. We chose St Lucie out of three that were shortlisted. I am so glad we used St Lucie Roofing. A big part of our decision was their reputation and reviews Plus we met the owner and Connie. They took the time to help educate us about the pluses and minuses of different Roofing and get a choice that was perfect for us. We did this roof at one of the most difficult times in history with supply chain issues rampant. Jeff is the owner and Connie was our office contact. They were incredibly helpful and patient with us. Their installation crews are incredible and the installation was extremely high quality plus an absolute work of art. We have a three color blend and the pattern is critical to making this roof look good. They hit the ball out of the park as far as we are concerned! We get a lot of unsolicited compliments from Neighbors. Roof completion became a critical path item on our schedule and they really went to bat with the tile supplier and we're even ready to help us with some more novel solutions so that the roof did not hold up our house move in date. Turns out that was not needed because they did such a great job of helping us with the tile supplier. I can't say enough good about how St Lucie roof runs their business. This is just what you get with a superb locally owned business that knows their reputation is everything. They are completely customer focused and they seem to understand customer needs and made us feel that they were a part of our team rather than just a supplier of services. If we have any future roofing needs we will sole source them. And we strongly recommend them to any of our friends. When you do a roofing job you really do need to have Jeff and Connie and the rest of St Lucie Roofing on your team!

St. Lucie Roofing (SLR) was exceptional. As a construction manager with nearly 40 years experience, I've worked with scores of roofing contractors and several million square feet of commercial roofing. With that, SLR impressed me.SLR installed a 5-V metal roof for me and did three things very well:1. Communications: They initiated frequent and timely communications with me throughout the life of the job, from pre-permitting to completion.2. Workmanship - Their workmanship was very good.3. Cleanup - Their daily cleanup was exceptional and beyond compare. Daily cleanup consisted of a shoulder-to-shoulder walk by several crew members around the perimeter of the workspace to pick up metal shavings, screws, and debris; a follow-up through the lawn and plant beds with a roller magnet; and a visual walk by the foreman. NOTE: In the 7 months since SLR completed my metal roof, I've found maybe 5 screws on the ground...that's essentially zero.I have recommended St. Lucie Roofing to others.

This company was an absolute pleasure to work with! Very kind, knowledgeable, responsive and a hard working crew! We're working on making our new little home our tropical paradise after purchasing it this past December. It needed a new roof so we went with metal. Jeff came out within 24 hours of my call, gave an estimate that day which came in under others. I thought I'd have a 5 or 6 week wait but they put me on the short list if someone canceled and I got lucky! Everything worked out on time from there as promised. The crew was so nice and it only took a few short days to get it done. They went above and beyond to schedule a new front gutter install for us too, which isn't normally part of their job. Thank you, we feel so much better having this new roof and now we can paint our home and landscape earlier than we hoped as well. I HIGHLY recommend Port St. Lucie Roofing!
