**** This is an absolute 100% accurate review of Chris Dugan and The Blind Shack. Chris came over to my house and took measurements and then gave me a quote a few days later. I called him up a week later and said I wanted to move forward on the purchase and installation of the blinds. He said he was going to order them. I called him up two weeks later to follow up. He said they would be in soon. I call him up a week later to follow up and he said he was going out of town and to call him the following week. So the next week I called him up(notice I am doing all the follow up phone calls) and he gave me a 10am appointment for Monday. On Monday nobody showed up at 10am and at 11am I called him and he said "my guy isn't there yet? Let me call him and see where he is at and I will call you right back" I called him back at 1:20pm and at 5pm on Monday. I never heard back from Chris and he won't return my calls. This has been the worst experience ever dealing with a company. I wasted an entire day waiting for Blind Shack to show up for there appointment, which they never did and they won't return the calls. If you are considering getting blinds, do not waste your time with this company like I did. If you are looking for a business to start consider the blind business. If this company is your competition, you will do very very very well.

This is an absolute false statement I gave him a quote and he wanted it for less than what I quoted I told him I could not do it so I never took a deposit and never made an order with him.
He was upset that I would not agree to do the job for him.
I'm having my lawyers look into this
