My mom and I really enjoyed working with Mike. He did what he said he was going to do and offered some suggestions on improving that really improved the end product. Very thankful that we went with appliance Doctor!
Mike was absolutely great. Diagnosed the problem late in the evening and returned the next day with the part to fix the fridge. Interim fix on fridge saved everything in freezer. Will certainly call him again if I have a problem.

With my many years of experience on every brand. I'm able to correctly diagnose the problems usually after speaking with the home owner. This allows me to save the customer from having to pay for additional labor and non necessary parts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A conversation of their issue on the phone. Then an appointment date and a time convenient to the customers schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Too keep up with the technology of new appliances. I attend the regional factory trainings.
