I reached out to Appliance Doctor SWFL this past Thursday morning, around 10 AM. Mike called 10-15 minutes later, and after speaking with me and getting details on the refrigerator, he was able to diagnose the problem. He ordered the part needed, and arrived at 10 AM on Friday, with new part in hand. The repair was promptly and successfully completed in about 1/2 hour! Mike's incredible responsiveness, professionalism and overall good nature was a breath of fresh air, and greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate in calling on Mike for any appliance repair needs.

With my many years of experience on every brand. I'm able to correctly diagnose the problems usually after speaking with the home owner. This allows me to save the customer from having to pay for additional labor and non necessary parts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A conversation of their issue on the phone. Then an appointment date and a time convenient to the customers schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Too keep up with the technology of new appliances. I attend the regional factory trainings.
