Can’t say enough good things about Juan. He spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me, trying to help restore power to my dryer. In the end, it was determined it made more sense to invest in a new appliance due the age of the dryer and the cost of parts and labor. He could have easily charged me $500+ for labor & parts. Instead he gave me his valuable time and honest advice for free. I will definitely call him for any future appliance repairs.

I had an issue with my dishwasher not draining properly at the bottom. This was an ongoing problem and 2 technicians came prior to JC RepairPro… I almost gave up but he fixed the problem for me. He takes his time to explain what’s going on and what needs to be done. The most professional and punctual among all those I’ve dealt with on Thumbtack. Thanks again!!
