FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NextGen Air of Southwest Florida charges a $79 service call fee, which is credited toward the total if you proceed with the recommended repairs. We proudly offer discounts for seniors, military personnel, and first responders, and teachers as a thank you for your service. Additionally, we never add extra fees for credit card payments — the price you see is the price you pay. No surprises, just honest service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Nextgen, every new customer receives a comprehensive 26-point inspection. We take the time to carefully assess every component of your home's air conditioning system — including the ductwork and both indoor and outdoor units — to ensure everything is operating safely and efficiently. Our goal is to deliver the highest level of service and care, so you can experience the full benefit of the Nextgen 5-Star Standard.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At 18, I joined the U.S. Air Force, where I received hands-on training and in-depth experience in all aspects of HVAC systems. I proudly served for six years in New Hampshire, honing my skills and building a strong foundation in the trade. Three years ago, I relocated to Florida with the goal of starting my own HVAC business. Since then, I’ve worked with several local companies, gaining valuable insight into the unique demands of Florida’s climate and systems. Today, I’m proud to bring a blend of New England professionalism and integrity to Florida’s HVAC industry — offering reliable service, honest work, and a commitment to treating customers the right way.
