I provide very detailed inspection assessments, based on flat rates, with costs estimates represented by man hours, square footage, and materials in all facets of the work needed, in regards to damages suffered by fire / water / vandalism and storm damage, to detailed Pre Purchase Home and Condo Inspections as well as Insurance Wind-Mitigation and 4-Point Inspections, associated with insurance industry cost saving methods and guidelines.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inspection, evaluation, discussion, detailed cost assessments, along with building close and professional relationships, and delivering fast and quality results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
36 years of experience throughout the State of Florida, New York and New Jersey, with State Certified Licencing in multiple disciplines. I have served as a Preferred Contractor / Vendor and Building Inspection Consultant for Several Major Insurance Carriers and I am fluent in cost methods and industry procedures and always customer service.
