We called John for a problem with a breaker in the electrical panel. John was punctual arriving a few minutes before schedule. He understood that finding the cause of the problem was not readily apparent. He came prepared with a new breaker for the panel, replaced the old one, but the breaker still threw. He began troubleshooting right away tracing the line, involving us in the process. After about 20 minutes, he found the source of the problem...a gecko behind a switch plate was the culprit. He removed the gecko and made the repair. He also put our old breaker back in the panel, tested it to make sure it was good, and took the new breaker back (not charging us for it). Of course, we have already asked him to come back for another electrical addition we would like to make. He has been an electrician for 20 years and has seen a lot of things but not a toasty gecko...until today. Fabulous, tidy, wore booties, and knows his business. We are so glad we hired him.

We have a standard hourly rate and we offer flat rate pricing too depending what the job and scope of work is.

I treat the customer as if they were family and I treat their home as if it was mine.My recommendations come from what I would do in my own home.I believe in complete customer satisfaction and for the customer to receive the value in the service that we provide.

4 year apprenticeship and 20 total years in the field of electrical work.
