What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts available for active/retired veterans and first responders. No surprise fees at all. Specialty services (german roaches, bed bugs, termites, etc.) are separate from a regular quarterly service plan and will be an additional charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hear out what issues they are having and what they expect from a service. I explain what I do, step by step, and provide any specific information I can about the issue(s) they are most concerned with, answer any questions honestly, and set expectations for the results of the service.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Young, old, new to Florida, Florida natives, passive, detail oriented, and everything in between! Every home and business in Florida is susceptible to pests, so it is really anyone and everyone.
