Went to store in Nov. and spoke to PJ. Had to wait for our insurance company, then we went back to get new tile installed, old removed for two rooms.
PJ wasn't there. Salesperson said "he's not here." When asked when he would be in we were told "never."
Very disinterested. However, we persisted because we believe in keeping the business in Punta Gorda if we can.
Salesperson (who said he was filling in from Fort Myers) took the dimensions of our two rooms, we picked out the tile we liked and he said some one would contact us to come to our home, measure and give us an estimate.
No one ever called.
We have given this $4,000 job to another store.
I guess Hessler isn't interested in our business. Too bad for them.
