Our pricing is clear, upfront, and based on the scope of work. We provide detailed estimates before starting and require a deposit to schedule larger projects. Our goal is to deliver quality workmanship at a fair rate—no surprises or hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand the scope of the project. From there, we schedule a time to assess the work (if needed) and provide a clear, detailed estimate. Once approved, we collect a deposit for larger jobs, schedule the work, and complete the project efficiently and professionally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my career in remodeling and home renovations, working hands-on before moving into a project management role. With over 10 years of experience in residential construction, I’ve managed subcontractors, scheduling, inspections, permits, and full project coordination, giving me a strong understanding of both the technical and operational sides of the work.
