- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 diagnostic for all service related calls, we prefer to look at a job before giving a price due to many variables. Our goal is to cater to our clients custom needs. We are $100 per hour & per laborer. Cleaning services are typically $75 per hour. Again, this depends on each individuals expectations (ie. grout bleached on shower tiles, baseboards or ac registered cleaned, walls washed, etc.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get a detailed description of services needed and any expectations, or ideas you may have had. We then, can give you an estimate for the project we discuss in whole and/or individual pricing on the services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
WE have both been in this business for 15+ years. Plumbing & HVAC tech school. 10 years as a Project Manager/Foreman for multiple large companies. Quickbooks Certified and have had Nexstar & ESC Training.
