We take care of your seasonal home, as our own while you are away. We’ll stop by weekly and make sure everything is in working order. If we find anything in despair, we will fix and repair! From cleaning between house guests to preparing an it for your return. We’ll even mail you any important mail or have your cabinets and fridge fully stocked / all your favorites for your return! Lawn needs mowed weekly, we will take care of it! Anything needs repaired, hung, cleaned, fixed or installed, we can do it. We have a subcontractor on hand for ANY of your needs. Responded to inquiry quickly and came to service refrigerator that same day. Rather than do unnecessary work was honest in saying that the repair would be more expensive than a new refridgerator and advised us on what we should look for in a new purchase. Very satisfied.

Dylan did an amazing job under a tight turnaround and with hot/rainy weather conditions. I needed help putting up hurricane shutters and received a response within minutes. Dylan even made repairs to the anchors and screws that had come loose. I highly recommend Sutliff Services. Dylan is knowledgeable, professional and takes pride in his work and standing by his work. Dylan came wheN he said he would. He did a diagnostic on my washing machine. He told me it wasn’t worth fixing as the machine would need extensive work. He suggested I look into a new machine and gave me some suggestions on what to look for. I found one on sale at Lowes that was a few dollars more than he told me it would cost to fix the old one. Thanks for being honest

We had 2 screen doors on our pool cage that needed locks and closing mechanisms. The 2 young men from Sutliff Services arrived on time with all the equipment needed to replace our door hardware. They did an excellent job, and now I don't have to go outside at 3 am to prop a slamming door shut. I would highly recommend Sutliff Services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 diagnostic for all service related calls, we prefer to look at a job before giving a price due to many variables. Our goal is to cater to our clients custom needs. We are $100 per hour & per laborer.
Cleaning services are typically $75 per hour. Again, this depends on each individuals expectations (ie. grout bleached on shower tiles, baseboards or ac registered cleaned, walls washed, etc.)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get a detailed description of services needed and any expectations, or ideas you may have had. We then, can give you an estimate for the project we discuss in whole and/or individual pricing on the services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
WE have both been in this business for 15+ years. Plumbing & HVAC tech school. 10 years as a Project Manager/Foreman for multiple large companies. Quickbooks Certified and have had Nexstar & ESC Training.
