Josh at Gulf Coast Guardian was fantastic! He was punctual, friendly and thorough. He went through every inch of my home to make sure I got an accurate Wind Mitigation. He was also very knowledgeable and explained things along the way. As for my insurance, it went down considerably. I was originally set to pay $5200 for insurance. After inspection and proper recording of my homes features, it went down to $3600. I took it one step further and brought my wind mitigation to another company and received an estimate of $2500 for insurance. Thats a savings of $2700 ! My advice is if you have recently gotten a new roof and didnt also get a wind mitigation, you should definitely get one. Spend a little to save a lot! Thank you Josh

Josh, the owner of Gulf Coast Guardian was very thorough. He did a detailed inspection. We had our report 24 hours after the inspection. The cost was extremely reasonable. Ive had other companies do inspections and none of them compare to this company. Money well spent.
