My name Rob and despite this being a LLC, its just a solo act and is as small as a small business can get. Born and raised in Punta Gorda, I'm a Florida native and my only goal is to provide the best service I can to all my neighbors throughout Southwest Florida. Either the job is done right, or you dont pay. I dont believe in half measures when it comes to providing quality service. We received a used hot tub as a gift. The original person we hired to install it wired it incorrectly, damaging the electrical components. Given the age of the unit, the parts were discontinued. We reached out to a few companies, but did not get guidance we needed.When we spoke with Rob at SWFL Spa Services, he immediately took control of the situation. He explained in detail, what replacement parts we needed, and what the cost and repair process would look like, he worked around our schedules with flexibility and even personally coordinated with our electrician. We were very impressed with his professionalism and our 12 year old hot tub is now running like new. Very highly recommended for all your hot tub repair needs.
