A lot of windows in this house and Tony did a great job with cleaning outside. Professional, on time, efficient and thorough. Would hire again. Went above and beyond and a true gentleman. Thank you Tony.

There have been a few problems. The service has not been able to fix these problems. The original job was to clean the tile in my mother's kitchen! It is beautiful but there are three bleach stains on the brown carpet by the door. He cleaned the walkways on the carpet. The carpet is very old so it would be difficult to give a fair assessment. I continued to have Mr Patterson do work. Unfortunately, we ended up with a poor working relationship and some major projects have been left unfinished at my 85 year old mothers home. There is a hurricane now but my mother was left with these problems weeks ago.

He did not even have his work tools complete, had first to drive home and get it. Has the roof only cleaned 25%, patio badly cleaned and only to 50% cleaned, driveway not claened at all!
We have already paid $ 80 more, because he says he could not see on Thumbtack on what he bid, after all this stress, we gave up on him, we also did not get any invoice.

This person just couldn't be pleased,although her husband certainly was,and I bent over backward to please her.She didn't have a clue how much square footage she had,so I ended up cleaning almost twice as much more than I was supposed to.At no extra cost to but she still couldn't be pleased. Finally Her husband told me he'd been dealing with her for years.
