My home was in need of a new roof after many years. This was actually the first time Ive ever had to think about replacing a roof. I called many companies for estimates and no one would seem to have any sort of a proper Proposal. Every companys estimate was some numbers written on scrap paper.I was introduced to Evan from Shea roofing from a great friend and I could tell instantly just talking to him for a couple minutes on the phone that he was very thorough and a perfectionist, which is the same way I run my business. Evan actually cares about his clients. Its not just another roof for him. With all the estimates I got not even 1 of them mentioned anything about my 35 year old skylight. Honestly nor did I but he wanted to replace it while the job was being done and I couldnt have agreed more. And thats truly where Shea Roofing shines is their attention to detail.Once my permit was approved in a timely manner Shea roofing started and completed the job in just a couple days and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. Beautiful Owens Corning architectural shingles were installed along with seamless gutters. I would highly recommend Shea Roofing to anyone!
