If I could rate this guy zero stars, I would... He arrived 45 minutes late to the scheduled inspection time just to give me an estimate that was quite high for basic repairs/touchups. He did not communicate to me that he would be late. He also appeared to be high. After the initial inspection (which he charged me for), I asked multiple times for an invoice for the quoted job (which he never sent). He was supposed to come over today at 10 AM to do the repairs. He had not shown up after an hour and I reached out asking his whereabouts. He did not respond for 30 minutes until I called him, when he answered he said he had not left yet and did not give me an exact time as to when he would arrived. He then texted me 20 minutes after the call to tell me he would arrive at 12 PM. At 12:15 PM, he had still not arrived and I had not heard from him. He then called me around 12:30 PM to tell me he would be another 20 minutes meaning he would show up 3 hours late from the time he was scheduled to arrive. Throughout the conversations this morning, he made multiple excuses as to why he was running late and did not sound prepared with all the proper materials. The lack of communication, preparation, and punctuality was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. I ended up firing him and would not reccommend him to anyone.
