Unfortunately I scheduled an appointment for this morning at 8:00 AM to assist with cleaning and packing for an upcoming move. My movers were scheduled around the time solidified with Speedy Swifters during our conversation earlier in the week. I attempted to text the night before, call the morning of, and send a message through this app with no response. I was excited to know I had found help during the thanksgiving holiday but it’s disappointing to know as a customer that I was being stood up by this company. I’m sure service would have been great but I will be unable to hire this company in the future because of how business was handled during my scheduled appointment.
